HOW DO I ACCESS THE COURSE
On sign-up, you will receive access to the Introductory Videos, Workbook, Guidebook and Bonus material via our website.
The workbook is the place to write your responses and follow along with the course content. It is highly recommended that you print the workbook (colour or black and white) prior to commencing the course.
Each video explains the Modules content PLUS introduces the Guidebook and BONUS resource section.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO DEDICATE
Each video is a short 10-15 minutes explaining the Modules course topic and introducing the accompanying materials and resources.
The time it takes to complete each exercise will vary from person-to-person.
